Listing Analysis
Why This Listing Works
Title Strategy
The title leads with Puma, the specific Borussia Dortmund BVB 09 team name and football shirt keywords buyers commonly search. Yellow and black adds a useful colour cue while keeping the title clear and under the platform limit.
Description Strategy
The description quickly answers the main buyer questions about condition, team, colour, fabric, fit and visible sponsor details. Short emoji-led sections make the jersey easy to scan on Vinted, while the distinctive Bundesliga patch and graphic sleeves add selling points.
Price Rationale
The €35–€60 range reflects the Puma brand, official Borussia Dortmund design, visible Bundesliga and sponsor patches, and very good condition. The final price should depend on the exact season, size, authenticity confirmation and demand for this particular shirt.

These are the search terms buyers type on Vinted to find an item like this. Use them in your title and description for maximum visibility.
Photo Guide
Photos to Take for This Item
🏟️ Show the full front
Photograph the jersey flat and fully straight so buyers can see the yellow body, graphic sleeves, BVB 09 crest, Vodafone sponsor and curved hem in one clear image. Use even lighting to keep the yellow colour accurate.
🔖 Capture the official details
Take close-ups of the Puma logo, BVB crest, Bundesliga sleeve patch, Polestar sponsor and lower ULTRAWEAVE mark. These details help buyers assess the official match-shirt styling and overall condition.
🧵 Photograph the fabric and seams
Add a close-up of the V-neck, shoulder seams and sleeve hems to show that the collar and stitching are intact. Include a sharp fabric photo so the lightweight polyester texture and graphic print are visible.
🔄 Add the reverse and label
Photograph the full back, including any number, name print or blank panel, as well as the internal Puma size and care labels. A clear label photo is especially useful because the size is not established from the current image.
Playbook
Selling Strategy for Puma soccer jersey
01
💶 Price for official football demand
Start near the upper end of the €35–€60 range if the size label confirms a popular adult size and the back is clean. Leave a little negotiation room because Puma BVB shirts attract both matchwear buyers and collectors.
02
📅 Use football-season timing
List or refresh the jersey before the Bundesliga season, major Dortmund fixtures and football tournament periods. Team shirts usually receive more attention when supporters are actively looking for match-day clothing.
03
📦 Package the shirt carefully
Fold the jersey with the sponsor and crest facing inward where possible to reduce rubbing during postage. Use a clean protective mailer and avoid compressing the printed details under heavy items.
Selling Tips
Tips for Selling Puma soccer jersey on Vinted
⚽ Lead with the team and shirt type
Use Borussia Dortmund, BVB 09, Puma and football shirt in the first lines of the listing. Buyers looking for this item commonly search by club and brand rather than by a generic sports top. Mention the yellow and black colourway because it is instantly associated with Dortmund. Include jersey and home shirt as natural alternatives, but do not describe it as a player-issued shirt unless you can verify that.
🟡 Highlight the distinctive design
The graphic black-and-yellow sleeves are one of the strongest visual selling points, so mention them in both the title and description. The V-neck, curved hem and bright yellow body help separate this from plain training tops. Include the Bundesliga patch and Polestar sleeve sponsor for buyers searching for a specific match-style version. Keep the wording factual and tied to the details visible on the shirt.
🔍 Build trust with condition detail
Describe the item as Very good rather than claiming it is new, since no original tags are visible. Photograph the sponsor print, crest, sleeve patches, collar and hem closely to show their condition. Buyers of football shirts often inspect cracking, peeling and fading on printed details. Mention any issue honestly if it appears in additional photos.
📏 Complete the size information
Add the exact Puma size once confirmed, plus pit-to-pit and length measurements. Football jerseys can have a different fit depending on whether they are replica, authentic or match-style, so measurements are particularly useful. If the back has no player name or number, state that clearly because collectors may specifically want a blank shirt. Include front, back and label photos to improve buyer confidence.
Questions
Frequently Asked Questions
Is this an official Borussia Dortmund Puma shirt?
It features Puma branding, the BVB 09 crest, Bundesliga patch, Vodafone sponsor and Polestar sleeve sponsor in an official match-style design. The internal Puma label and close-up details should be included in the listing photos for buyers who want to assess authenticity.
What size is the jersey?
The size is currently unknown from the available image. Add the size from the internal label and include pit-to-pit and length measurements before listing.
Does it have a player name or number on the back?
The available image only shows the front, so the back details are not established. Photograph the reverse clearly and state whether it is blank or has player printing.
