Four quiet changes,
one new photo
Duplicate checkers don’t look at your photo the way a buyer does. They compare geometry, pixel statistics, color distribution and file bytes. Each refresh rewrites all four.

Rotate + re-crop
Each photo is tilted by a small random angle and re-framed to fill, so the edges get cropped a few percent. Geometry is the first thing image-matching systems compare, and this changes all of it.

Pixel-level noise
A whisper of random variation is added to every pixel. Completely invisible to the eye, but the photo’s pixel statistics are brand new.

Color shift
The red, green and blue channels are nudged by different tiny amounts. The item looks identical; the photo’s color signature does not.

Clean re-encode
Every photo is re-saved as a fresh JPEG. Camera model, location, timestamps and all other metadata are stripped, and the file’s binary fingerprint starts from zero.

Relisting works best as a rhythm, not a blitz. Three rules cover most of it.
How often per item
New listings rank highest in search and the home feed. Relisting weekly keeps you in rotation; relisting daily risks flags and loses the favorites you collected on the old listing.
When to relist
Weekday mornings, lunch hours and evenings between 7 and 9pm, plus weekends. Relist when buyers are actually scrolling, not at 3am.
What makes it stick
Fresh photos plus one reworded line in the title plus a different cover shot. Exact duplicates are what gets caught; refreshed listings are not.

Is relisting allowed on Vinted?+
Relisting your own items is a common seller practice. What Vinted prohibits is having the identical item listed twice at the same time, and using photos that belong to other members. Create the new listing, then delete the old one, and always use your own photos.
Will buyers notice that the photos changed?+
No. Every adjustment is deliberately invisible: a tilt of one to three degrees, a few percent of edge crop and a color shift well below what the human eye can register. Your item looks exactly the same.
Do my photos get uploaded anywhere?+
No. All processing happens in your browser with the Canvas API. Nothing is sent to a server, stored, or logged. You can verify this yourself: load the page, switch off your internet connection, and the tool still works.
Why not just retake the photos?+
