The short answer

A bundle on Vinted is an order of several items from the same seller. The buyer presses “Create bundle”, adds up to 100 items, and pays one shipping fee plus the Vinted fee on top of the bundle price. A bundle discount is a percentage you set in advance for 2, 3 or more items; it applies automatically. Only standard sellers can offer bundle discounts, not Pro sellers.

How buyers create a bundle

On one of your listings or on your profile, the buyer presses Create bundle next to Shop bundles and adds items. Items they have already favourited from you appear first, and the bundle price updates as they add or remove items. They then press Review bundle and choose:

  • Buy now: pays the bundle price (with your discount), plus the Vinted fee and shipping.
  • Ask seller: opens a conversation with you.
  • Make an offer: proposes a lower price for the whole bundle. You can accept, decline or counter.

After payment, every item in the bundle is marked as sold automatically, and you receive a Vinted-generated shipping label with delivery instructions.

How to set a bundle discount

  1. 1

    Open bundle discounts

In the app, go to your profile and choose “Bundle discounts”. On the website, click your profile icon, go to Settings and choose “Bundle discounts”.

  2. 2

    Switch it on

Enable the option if it is off.

  3. 3

Set a discount for each number of items

Choose the discount for 2 items, 3 items and so on. To give no discount at a given count, select it and choose the “—” option.

  4. 4

    Save

The discount now applies automatically whenever a buyer bundles that many of your items. Turn it off at any time the same way.

Vinted’s help page does not state a maximum discount. It notes that the bigger the discount, the more likely buyers are to buy several items.

What bundle discount should you set?

Vinted gives no default, so this is our suggestion. A tiered discount rewards bigger orders without giving away margin on single items:

Items in bundleExample discountExample: €8 tops
210%€16.00 → €14.40
315%€24.00 → €20.40
5 or more20%€40.00 → €32.00

  • Higher for low-priced items. Kids’ clothes, T-shirts and books sell best in bundles; a generous discount clears them faster.
  • Lower if your prices are already sharp. If you price at the bottom of the market, 5 to 10% is enough; the buyer already saves on shipping.
  • Say it in your listings. A line like “Bundle discount: 15% off 3 items” in the description reminds buyers to look at the rest of your wardrobe.
  • Make the rest of your wardrobe worth adding. Consistent, clean photos across your listings make browsing your profile easier. See our photo tips.

Bundles vs set listings

A set is different: one listing that contains up to 5 items, priced together. Vinted requires the first photo to show all items together in one image (not a collage), with the other photos showing each item. Each item can appear in only one listing, so you cannot list a piece in a set and on its own. Sets suit matching items (a two-piece, a lot of baby bodysuits); bundles suit everything else.

Vinted bundles: your questions

How do bundles work on Vinted?

A buyer opens your listing or profile, presses “Create bundle” next to “Shop bundles” and adds items. They then choose Buy now, Ask seller or Make an offer. Up to 100 items can go in one bundle order. The buyer pays the Vinted fee and one shipping fee on top of the bundle price, and you get one Vinted-generated label.

How do I set a bundle discount on Vinted?

App: profile, then “Bundle discounts”. Website: profile icon, Settings, “Bundle discounts”. Enable it and set a discount for each number of items. Choose “—” for any count where you do not want to give a discount.

What is a good bundle discount on Vinted?

Vinted sets no default and its help pages state no maximum. A common, sustainable pattern is around 10% for 2 items, 15% for 3 and 20% for 5 or more. Higher discounts attract more multi-item buyers, as Vinted itself notes, but make sure your lowest-priced items still cover your time.

Can Pro sellers offer bundle discounts on Vinted?

No. All sellers can sell bundles, but only standard (non-Pro) sellers can offer bundle discounts. Buyers still save on shipping when they bundle from a Pro seller.

Can a buyer make an offer on a bundle?

Yes. After creating a bundle, the buyer can choose Make an offer instead of Buy now. You can accept, decline or counter with a different price.

Which items cannot be bundled on Vinted?

Heavy or bulky items, and items bought with Item Verification or Electronics Verification, must be bought one at a time. International bundle orders from the US and Australia have value caps on the UK site (£120 and £110).

What is the difference between a bundle and a set listing?

A bundle is several separate listings bought together. A set is one listing with up to 5 items in it, priced together. In a set, the first photo must show all items together in one image, not a collage, and each item can only appear in one listing.
