“Everything is OK” on Vinted: how orders complete
The “Everything is OK” button ends an order and releases the seller’s money. When it matters, what happens if the buyer never presses it, and when you actually get paid.

The short answer
“Everything is OK” is the button a buyer presses to confirm a Vinted order arrived as described. It completes the order. If the buyer does nothing, the order completes automatically 2 days after they are notified of delivery, unless they report an issue. Once completed, the seller’s money reaches the Vinted Balance within 2 days, and Vinted can no longer offer a refund or return. Orders from Pro sellers complete after 14 days instead.
From delivery to your bank: the timeline
- 1
Parcel delivered
Tracking marks the order as delivered. The buyer’s 2-day window starts when Vinted notifies them the order should have arrived.
- 2
Buyer presses “Everything is OK”, or does nothing
Either the buyer confirms, or 2 days pass without a report. Both complete the order.
- 3
Order completed
From now on, Vinted can no longer offer a refund, compensation or a return for the order.
- 4
Money reaches your Vinted Balance
Within 2 days, the payment moves from Pending balance to Available balance.
- 5
Withdraw to your bank
Withdrawals can take up to 5 working days to arrive (UK). Only earnings from completed orders can be withdrawn.
Standard vs Pro sellers
| Standard seller | Pro seller | |
|---|---|---|
| How the order completes | “Everything is OK”, or automatically after 2 days | Automatically after 14 days |
| Buyer’s window to report an issue | 2 days | 14 days (right of withdrawal) |
| Confirmation button | Yes | No |
| Payment to Vinted Balance | Within 2 days of completion | Within 2 days of completion |
If the buyer presses “I have an issue”
Instead of confirming, a buyer can report a problem within the 2-day window: an item that is significantly not as described, damaged, or missing. The order is suspended and the payment held. The buyer and seller can agree on a full refund, a partial refund or a return; for returns, the buyer pays return postage by default unless the seller offers a Vinted label. If you cannot agree, Vinted’s team reviews the case and decides.
Not covered: items that just don’t fit or suit the buyer, minor differences that don’t affect the look or use, and orders already completed.
After completion: Pending and Available balance
While an order is open, the payment shows as Pending balance. Within 2 days of completion it moves to Available balance, where you can spend it on Vinted (it is applied automatically to your next purchase) or withdraw it to your bank. In the UK, withdrawals go to a GBP account with a sort code and account number, the minimum is £0.10, and the money can take up to 5 working days to arrive. Your payment provider may ask for an identity check first. Full details in how Vinted payouts work.
Should you message the buyer?
A short, friendly message when tracking shows the parcel delivered is fine: “Hope you love it, let me know if anything’s not right.” You don’t need to ask them to press the button, because the order completes on its own after 2 days. If a buyer goes quiet, wait; repeated reminders can prompt a complaint rather than a confirmation.

Order completion on Vinted: your questions
What does “Everything is OK” mean on Vinted?
It is the button a buyer presses to confirm they received the item as described. Pressing it completes the order, which releases the payment to the seller. After that, Vinted can no longer offer a refund, compensation or a return for the order.
What happens if the buyer doesn’t press “Everything is OK”?
The order completes automatically 2 days after the buyer is notified that it should have been delivered, as long as they have not reported an issue. You do not need the buyer to press the button to get paid.
When does the seller get paid on Vinted?
When the order completes, the payment reaches your Vinted Balance within 2 days, moving from Pending to Available. You can then spend it on Vinted or withdraw it to your bank, which can take up to 5 working days in the UK.
Can a seller ask the buyer to press “Everything is OK”?
You can send a polite message once the parcel is delivered, but you don’t need to: the order completes on its own after 2 days. Pushing buyers to confirm before they have checked the item can backfire if they then report an issue instead.
What happens if the buyer reports an issue?
The order is suspended and the payment is held until the issue is resolved, either between buyer and seller (full refund, partial refund or return) or by Vinted’s team if you cannot agree. If an issue is reported and then resolved, the order still completes.
Is it different for Pro sellers?
Yes. Orders from Pro sellers complete automatically 14 days after delivery, unless the buyer returns the item in that time, because buyers have a 14-day right of withdrawal. There is no confirmation button for those orders.
